Dzmitry Dziachenka reads support requests. There is no guaranteed response time. Do not include private writing unless you choose to share it.

1. Readings and writing

Life Path needs only a valid birth date, and Expression needs only your chosen name. Expression supports A–Z and accented Latin letters that decompose to A–Z, along with spaces, supported hyphens, and apostrophes. Unsupported characters are explained rather than silently dropped. Settings → Methodology describes the calculation rules.

Both interpretations are free. Choose a question, pick Fits, Partly fits, or Does not fit, and add a concrete example to save an observation. A blank note cannot be saved. Return in Journal to edit the original note or add a separate later reflection.

Closing the editor keeps its draft. Use Resume Draft on My Reading; when another editor would replace writing, choose Resume Draft or explicitly discard it. If storage reports a failed save, keep your text and retry. If the store cannot open, the app preserves it; avoid removing the app or clearing data while seeking help, because that can lose writing.

2. Journal Plus and Restore Purchases

The free journal holds five currently saved observations across both readings. Deleting one frees a place. A sixth new save offers Journal Plus or Back to Draft. Existing writing remains available to read, edit, reflect on, and delete.

Journal Plus is paid once, with no subscription or renewal. It unlocks unlimited new saves and 96 additional questions. If the price cannot load, check your connection and use Try Again, or close Plus and keep using the free features.

Use Restore Purchases in Settings or Journal Plus with the same Apple Account that bought it. A cancelled, pending, or failed purchase keeps your draft. If restoration finds nothing, check the Apple Account and try again. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Restore Purchases does not restore observations or drafts. The developer has no copy of your journal. Ordinary device backups may help only if they contain a usable copy; restoring a purchase cannot reconstruct writing.

3. Delete local data

Delete one observation in Journal or its detail screen, after confirmation. Settings → Delete All Personal Data removes current inputs, all observations, and the active draft, after confirmation. This does not cancel or refund Plus, delete earlier device backups, or remove email already sent. There is no in-app undo or promised recovery.

4. Links and email when offline

The journal and bundled readings work offline. Legal and support pages open in your browser; if a page cannot load offline, reconnect and reload it. If the app cannot open a link, it shows a selectable address and lets you try again. You can always read and copy the support email address in Settings. If no mail app is configured, use your email service and paste the address.

5. What to include in an email

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or a copy of your journal. The app never automatically includes private data, diagnostics, or attachments in support email.

6. Privacy

Mail to dzmitry.dziachenka@gmail.com is read only by Dzmitry Dziachenka and used only to answer your request, never for marketing. Messages and attachments are deleted within 90 days after closure unless law or an active dispute requires longer retention. What you choose to email leaves your device. Read the Privacy Policy for local data, Apple services, backups, website hosting, and email handling.
